Combat Conditioning is not just your typical CrossFit workout. We also offer small group fitness classes, including TRX and Combat Conditioning (cardio/circuit training classes) in both one-on-one personal training and small group sessions. The classes are based extensively on functional movements that are constantly varied. This means movements are going to largely mimic natural efforts like standing, throwing, lifting, pulling, climbing, running, and punching and that your workout will never be the same from day-to-day. We will make sure that you are prepared for any of life's physical demands and improve your body's physical ability. Your cardio/respiratory endurance, stamina, strength, flexibility, power, speed, agility, balance, coordination, and accuracy will develop and improve, honing your body's full potential.

The TRX Suspension Trainer is designed to utilize your own bodyweight and leverage gravity to perform body movements in every plane of motion. You control the challenge of the exercise by simply adjusting your body position to add or decrease resistance. The TRX Suspension Trainer is used by thousands of people, from those who just want to look and feel their best, to elite athletes, to the U.S. Military. You are given a scalable, sustainable, fun, effective approach that will help you achieve your personal best.

Combat Conditioning
Train like a fighter without having to set foot in the ring. This class is about bringing the essentials of training for professional athletes and putting them together in a group class; with a friendly environment. This class is not about teaching the essentials of boxing or kickboxing, it is about the fitness tools needed to succeed in this particular arena. We have a unique environment in which to train in an indoor and outdoor class. This class focuses on: speed, power, agility, strength, core, and cardio/cardio endurance. Whether you are trying to lose a few pounds or increase your overall strength and muscle endurance, this class is for you.

Personal Training
Not sure about group classes? Looking for individualized training? Combat Conditioning offers one-on-one personal training. We can help accelerate the rate of change in your body or provide a more specific set of exercises to work on certain muscle groups. Our personal trainers will assess your fitness goals and design a program just for you.
